Norton’s Catering Company was created in 1989 by Chef Chuck Norton. After being co-creater and owner of resturants in Hammond, Louisiana; Aspen, Telluride, Ouray and Durango, Colorado, Chef Norton settled in Durango and has been one of the premier caterers in the area ever since.
Being a New Orleans native, Chef Norton brings unique flavors to any theme and a vast array of experiences from Cajun, Italian, Mexican, Southwest or Southern.
Norton’s Catering is the off-premise caterer for the Animas Surgical Center, bringing five star meals to their patients. Norton’s, for four years running, has been the caterer for the City of Durango Christmas Dinner for 300+ guests and many more of the city's events.
